Get ready for a textural explosion! We've taken the classic rocky road and dialed up the crunch factor by swapping in crispy chow mein noodles. Each bite is a delightful mix of smooth chocolate, soft and chewy marshmallows, nutty almonds, and a super satisfying crispiness. It's a fun, messy, and incredibly delicious no-bake treat that everyone will love.
Materials
- 12 oz milk chocolate chips
- 1.5 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup slivered or chopped almonds
- 4 cups chow mein noodles
Preparation
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the mini marshmallows, almonds, and chow mein noodles.
Cooking
- Melt the milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the noodle, marshmallow, and almond mixture.
- Gently fold everything together with a spatula until all the dry ingredients are thoroughly coated in chocolate.
- Working quickly, drop heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for 30-45 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely set and the clusters are firm.
