Materials
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 2 mandarin oranges, peeled and separated
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1 cup red grapes
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Wooden skewers
Preparation
- Wash and prepare all fruits as needed.
- Thread the fruits onto the skewers in rainbow order: strawberries (red), mandarin oranges (orange), pineapple (yellow), kiwi/green grapes (green), blueberries/red grapes (blue/purple).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
