Swap the tortilla chips for crisp apple slices in this delightfully inventive snack. Apple Nachos are the perfect blend of healthy and indulgent. The sweetness of the apple pairs beautifully with the rich peanut butter and chocolate, creating a dessert-like snack you can feel good about eating.

- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut

- Place the peanut butter in a small microwave-safe bowl.
Cooking
- Microwave the peanut butter for 20-30 seconds, or until it's warm and runny.
- Drizzle the melted peanut butter over the apple slices using a spoon.
- Immediately sprinkle the chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts (if using) over the top.
