Examples of UN SDG 2: Zero Hunger in Action
SDG 2 aims to end hunger, achieve food security, improve nutrition, and promote sustainable agriculture by 2030. Despite progress in reducing hunger, millions of people still suffer from food insecurity, malnutrition, and poor access to nutritious food. This goal focuses on increasing food production in sustainable ways, improving agricultural practices, and ensuring equitable access to food for all. By addressing the root causes of hunger and promoting resilient food systems, SDG 2 strives to ensure that everyone has access to sufficient, safe, and nutritious food for a healthy life. This page shares stories and examples of our commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals and Zero Hunger.
