Winnipeg Arts
The Arts Incubator’s Winnipeg hub is a central platform for Winnipeg arts, connecting local artists with mentorship, workshops, internships, and collaborative projects. Seeded with support from the Manitoba Arts Council and the Canada Council for the Arts, the hub provides resources and opportunities for Indigenous youth artists, rural creators, and emerging talent across the city and surrounding Northern communities.
Through programs in digital media, land-based arts, and community-driven projects, the Incubator strengthens Winnipeg’s cultural landscape while fostering connections to Northern Ontario, Manitoba, and broader Canadian arts networks. By prioritizing peer-to-peer learning, mentorship, and skill-building, the Winnipeg hub ensures that local artists have the tools to grow their practice, share their work, and engage audiences regionally and nationally.
With a focus on community engagement, sustainable creative practice, and Indigenous cultural leadership, the Arts Incubator positions Winnipeg as a hub for vibrant, inclusive, and transformative arts in Manitoba.
