Our Northwestern Ontario Arts Incubator, located in Melgund Township, is a vibrant hub for creativity and community connection, supporting the communities of Dyment and Borups Corners while frequently partnering with nearby towns like Dryden and Ignace. This innovative program empowers local artists, youth, and community members to engage in participatory and media arts, including music, climate change adaptation, storytelling, Indigenous art, and hands-on workshops. Designed to inspire and nurture creativity, the incubator offers special events, exhibitions, and activities for all ages, creating a welcoming space for cultural expression and collaboration. With a focus on celebrating the rich history and diverse talents of Northwestern Ontario, our incubator connects people through the power of art, storytelling, and shared experiences. Since May 2024 our programs have been supported by the OpenAI Researcher Access Program.
