Arts Incubator Winnipeg

The Digital Greenhouse, an initiative of the Canada Council for the Arts, was instrumental in seeding our Arts Incubator during 2021–2022. This forward-thinking program supports short-term projects that use digital technology to address sector-wide challenges in the arts, including innovation, sustainability, equity, and accessibility. Through Digital Greenhouse support, our incubator explored new digital tools, creative business models, and collaborative networks aimed at empowering artists in remote, Northern, and underrepresented communities.

Bringing the Arts to Life with the Digital Greenhouse

The initiative fostered digital and data literacy, decolonized digital practice, and built a more resilient and inclusive arts ecosystem. We are proud to have been part of this national effort to advance digital transformation in the arts sector through community-driven innovation and creativity.
