The Arts Incubator supports rural artists across Northwestern Ontario and Manitoba, offering programs that foster creativity, mentorship, and community-driven collaboration. In partnership with the Art Borups Corners Collective and through its Winnipeg hub, the Incubator provides workshops, digital arts training, and land-based initiatives that reflect the realities of rural life. With funding from the Ontario Arts Council and the Canada Council for the Arts, these programs amplify Indigenous voices, rural perspectives, and Northern creativity, ensuring that local artists have the resources and opportunities to thrive while contributing to a vibrant, sustainable cultural landscape.
