What started as a single online space has quietly grown into a truly global meeting point. Over the past year, people from more than 4,100 cities have found their way into the work — from major international hubs to smaller regional centres you might have to zoom in on a map to find. It’s the kind of geographic spread that doesn’t happen by accident; it suggests curiosity, relevance, and ideas that travel well across borders.
What’s especially fun is how evenly the activity is distributed. Big cities may lead the way, but they’re joined by hundreds of others, each adding their own small pulse of engagement. Together, those cities form a long, interconnected trail of participation that stretches across continents. It’s a reminder that meaningful arts, research, and storytelling don’t belong to one place — they move, adapt, and resonate wherever people are willing to click, read, watch, and stay a while.
This year, our dataset captured audience activity from 4,112 city-level entries worldwide. After excluding system-generated or unassigned locations (“not set”), the data represents engagement from 4,110 distinct cities. Traffic is growing, and that makes us happy. In November, we saw more 11,000 users. That’s up from 7,500 users in October. In all, more than 62,000 users viewed our content.
This indicates a very broad global footprint, with meaningful engagement extending well beyond a small set of major metropolitan centres.
