Christmas Season in Full Swing in Melgund Township
The Dyment Recreation Hall has officially embraced the magic of the season as Christmas preparations move into full swing. Volunteers, neighbours, and local artists gathered throughout the weekend to transform the hall into a vibrant celebration of holiday spirit, bringing warmth and colour to the heart of Melgund Township.
At the centre of the transformation stands the newly decorated Christmas tree—glowing, elegant, and bursting with festive charm. Its lights shimmer against the hall’s fresh décor, creating a joyful atmosphere that invites visitors to pause, smile, and soak in the sense of anticipation that comes with this time of year. Each ornament, ribbon, and handmade touch reflects the community’s creativity and care.
With the hall now looking absolutely beautiful and filled with colour and excitement, the stage is set for a month of seasonal gatherings and Christmas programming. From community dinners to family-friendly events, the Dyment Recreation Hall is ready to welcome everyone into a holiday season built on togetherness, celebration, and the simple pleasure of sharing a beautifully decorated space.
