Melgund Township Fall Exhibition Celebrates Regional Art and Community
MELGUND TOWNSHIP, ON—The Dyment Recreation Hall was a hub of creativity and community this past week, hosting the highly successful Melgund Township Fall 2025 exhibition and music jam. The event showcased a rich tapestry of local and regional talent, featuring visual artists, storytellers, live music, and diverse culinary offerings.
The exhibition, which doubled as a lively music jam and market, attracted a broad audience from across the region, with visitors traveling from as far as Sioux Lookout, Dryden, and Ignace. More than 70 attendees engaged in meaningful dialogue with the artists and enjoyed a vibrant atmosphere of cultural exchange and shared experience. The event underscored the rich artistic spirit of Northwestern Ontario and provided a crucial platform for creators and community members to connect and celebrate together.
This dynamic event was made possible through the generous support of the Ontario Arts Council’s Inter and Multi-Arts program.
