Resume Writing and Artist Profile Workshop

Are you an artist seeking to enhance your chances of securing funding and opportunities to support your creative journey? Your resume and artist profile are your key assets in the world of grants, residencies, exhibitions, and collaborations. We invite a select group of artists to join us for an engaging half-day workshop where you’ll gain the skills and insights needed to make your artistic accomplishments shine on paper.

All @1860 Winnipeg Arts and Niriqatiginnga project members are encouraged to attend and take part in this fun and exciting workshop. Refreshments will be provided, along with laughter and good times. Let’s come together and help each other with our resumes and artists profiles.

• What information to include and what to leave out
• Tailoring your resume for different opportunities

Session 2: Building Your Compelling Artist Profile

Your artist profile is your story; it’s your chance to connect with your audience. In this session, we’ll cover:

• Balancing authenticity with professionalism
