Materials
- 1/2 cup uncooked quinoa, rinsed
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Toppings: mixed berries, chopped walnuts, chia seeds
Preparation
- Thoroughly rinse the quinoa under cold water using a fine-mesh sieve.

Cooking
- In a small saucepan, combine the rinsed quinoa, milk, water, and a pinch of salt.
