Our program explores addressing food insecurity through creative and cultural food sector entrepreneurship. Using participatory, arts-based and collaboratively developed approaches we’re building non-profit organizational capacity with real workplace experiences. As active volunteers, we’re doing our part, to demonstrate the kind of commitment needed for innovative, resilient and thriving art spaces.

Incubating Digital Arts, Creative and Climate Entrepreneurship

Through locally and regionally-focused arts-based and participatory programming, we have the power to transform the lives of young individuals and foster a thriving future for our communities. Your invaluable support is essential to the success of our youth initiatives, enabling us to shape tomorrow’s leaders. Join our mission of addressing northern food insecurity through donations, volunteering, and spreading awareness. From Global Dignity Days in October, to National Kindness Week in February, thank you for supporting us in these new adventures!

Your support has a tangible impact on the lives of young people in our community. With your help, we can:

  • Empowering the Digital Arts and Cultural Entrepreneurship: Providing internships and mentorship to aspiring artists and cultural entrepreneurs, the incubator equips learners with essential skills for the digital arts, cultural  entrepreneurship and creative fields of practice. This outcome contributes to early-career arts sector exposure, fostering economic reconciliation, and fostering long-term and self-reliant individual and community well-being.
  • Establishing a Community of Practice: Through training, collaborative community workshops and organizational capacity building, group interaction with peers and mentors, the incubator creates a supportive network extending beyond our program. This outcome nurtures a network able to facilitate ongoing relationship building, collaboration, and knowledge exchange, contributing to the sustainability and replicability of the programs by others. This growing network also supports future participatory arts, research and collaboration.
  • Enhancing Skills for Digital Arts and Climate Entrepreneurship: The project supports preserving and revitalizing traditional and contemporary arts through training and transferable skills development. This outcome empowers emerging and established artists with skills, knowledge and techniques to support self-determined and self-reliant and arts sector employment skills.
