Winnipeg, MB – While the snow may still be clinging on, signs of spring are popping up all over! This plucky squirrel, spotted braving the lingering winter in Winnipeg, seems to agree – warmer days are just around the corner. With the days getting longer and the sun shining a little brighter, it’s the perfect time to start thinking about shedding those winter layers and getting back outside.

After a long, cold winter, many of us have been cooped up indoors. But as the temperatures begin to rise, it’s a great opportunity to rediscover the joys of the outdoors. Whether it’s a leisurely stroll through the park, dusting off your bicycle for a ride, or simply enjoying a coffee on your patio, the milder weather invites us to reconnect with nature and enjoy the fresh air.

So, keep an eye out for those first blooms, listen for the returning birdsong, and start planning your spring adventures. Spring is almost here, and with it comes a renewed sense of energy and possibility. Let’s make the most of it!
