This urban and northern arts program connects artists and communities across Winnipeg, Manitoba, Minnesota and Northwestern Ontario. Focused on cultural innovation, participatory arts, and community-driven creativity, the program supports artist residencies, workshops, and collaborative projects that foster resilience, inclusivity, and bold artistic expression. By bridging urban and remote regions through mentorship and media arts access, the incubator empowers emerging and community-based artists to shape the future of arts in Manitoba and beyond.

A platform established with support From

Art Borups Corners and its Winnipeg-based Arts Incubator programs were made possible with support from the Canada Council fro the Arts Digital Greenhouse.
This program is supported by the Minneapolis College of Art and Design in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
