My leadership fostered an inclusive environment for 15+ artists, students, and community researchers, with a strong focus on mentoring youth in arts and recreation. I supported 30+ emerging artists through tailored training programs that empowered creative growth and community contribution. An experienced public speaker, I've presented at events including the Minneapolis College of Art and Design and led a 2024 Arctic Congress session in Bodø, Norway, in collaboration with academic partners.
