Communities grew from shared physical spaces, like a local park or a coffee shop, where people just naturally ran into each other. Interests sparked connections in clubs or through hobbies, bringing folks together based on mutual passions. These were often emergent, built on serendipitous human interactions, the kind where you simply saw someone repeatedly and started talking.
