For twelve years, an amateur print shop occupied the drafty storefront, its windows cluttered with ink-stained posters and the rhythmic clack of a manual press spilling onto the sidewalk. Now, the glass is covered in blank brown paper, and the rent has tripled. Without the clutter and the noise, people walk faster here.
