We live in a culture that only celebrates the \u2018hard launch\u2019 and the massive success. If you aren’t winning an award or getting a huge promotion, it feels like you\u2019re failing. That\u2019s a massive win. These things might seem small, but they are proof of your discipline and your character. When you acknowledge these small successes, you\u2019re training your brain to look for progress instead of perfection. This builds a foundation of positivity that is much harder to shake. It\u2019s about creating a personal highlight reel that actually reflects your daily effort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
