The holiday season officially kicked off at the Melgund Township Recreation Complex this weekend as Pat and Robert set up the first Christmas tree at the Cook Shack. Their early-season dedication brought festive cheer to the grounds, signaling the beginning of a month filled with community spirit and winter celebrations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Across the complex, volunteers, artists, and community members gathered to decorate the Dyment Recreation Hall and the Cook Shack, transforming familiar spaces into warm, welcoming hubs of holiday colour. Between hanging ornaments, stringing lights, and sharing stories, the day became as much about connection as it was about decoration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
