But the creative sector here in the north doesn\u2019t run on venture capital. It runs on passion, collaboration, and the constant juggling of limited time, funding, and infrastructure. The startup model\u2014with its obsession with rapid growth and exit strategies\u2014has only deepened that imbalance. It rewards scale, not sustainability.
