It\u2019s been a beautiful season at our Northwestern Ontario Living Lab. Just weeks ago, our tomato plants were only just taking root\u2014and now they\u2019re full of plump green fruit, slowly ripening under the northern sun. All across our land-based spaces, growth is thriving: strawberries are blushing red, blackberries are filling out, and dill is standing tall and fragrant. Watching these plants grow from seed to harvest has been a joy, and a reminder of the patience, care, and wonder embedded in land-based learning. Summer has never tasted so good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
