The project investigates the utility of digital tools as partners in the writing process, specifically within storytelling and scriptwriting. It is an effort to advance digital literacy skills through practical, creative application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This post focuses on themes of tension and personal development, featuring Domestic Thrillers, Military Fiction, and Coming-of-Age stories. The authors contributing to this set are Leaf Richards and Jamie F. Bell. A lingering orange stain smudged the horizon, a badly wiped brushstroke. Cassian dragged a boot through the gravel path, the sound a soft, gritty rasp that felt too loud in the sudden quiet of the park. It was too hot for late August, the kind of heavy, still heat that clung to your skin, making your shirt feel like a second, damp skin, even after the light had gone. Many stories are fictional, but many others are not. They are snapshots from worlds that never fully exist, inviting you to imagine what comes before and what happens next. We had fun exploring this project, and hope you will too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"\/tales\">The Unfinished Tales and Short Stories<\/a><\/strong> collection is part of an experimental, creative arts and research program by <strong><a href=\"\/\">The Arts Incubator Winnipeg<\/a><\/strong> and the <strong><a href=\"\/borupscorners\">Art Borups Corners<\/a><\/strong> collectives. Each chapter is an interdisciplinary arts and narrative storytelling experiment focused on two key areas: AI-Assisted Scriptwriting, where researchers explore using AI to generate story ideas, plot structures, and alternative story arcs to enhance creative development; and Talent Development and Training, where the project studies the necessary skills for creative professionals to manage AI and immersive technologies in production, helping to inform future training curricula.
