We invite you to roll up your sleeves and join us for a hands-on session as we map out the future of our neighborhood’s newest creative hub. \nOn Saturday\, January 4\, we are gathering to conceptualize our upcoming Winter and Spring arts exhibitions. This isn’t just about hanging pictures on a wall—it’s about defining the soul of a space. \nThe Vision\nWe are currently in the process of collectively transforming the lower level of the Dyment Recreation Hall into a dedicated gallery and heritage space. This week\, our workshop focuses on three core pillars: \n\nPlacemaking: How do we turn a physical space into a meaningful “place”?\nSpatial Justice: Ensuring our gallery is equitable\, accessible\, and representative of all voices.\nStrategic Planning: Practical layout and conceptualizing themes for the 2026 season.\n\n\nEvent Details\n\nWhen: Saturday\, January 4\, 2026\nTime: 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (2 Hours)\nWhere: Lower Level\, Dyment Recreation Hall\nVirtual Option: Join us via Zoom if you can’t make it in person!\n\nThis workshop is designed to be fun\, collaborative\, and open to everyone—regardless of your artistic background.
